3I/ATLAS JUST SHIFTED ITS TRAJECTORY HAPPENING
Displacement of the nucleus position
The peak of dust and gas emission was shifted by about 0.7″ relative to the predicted nucleus position from the ephemeris. About 0.5″ of this can be explained by ephemeris error (1.7σ), but the remaining offset is unexplained.
1.2 arcsecond total, NASA admits they could explain 0.5 by instrument calibration, additional 0.7 they say cant explain
Over distance of 3 au its 2600km diffrence not a lot but it might be preparing for larger change
