The problem with pushing it to 75 is that although people live longer and claim more of it, that extra lifespan is broadly of not much utility. People visibly decay mentally so keeping them working isn't a great gain, and physical degradation is obvious. Also you would want these people out of the workforce to clear up spaces for others, younger people, to rise and get better paying jobs (or jobs at all!) coupled with structural changes as they take on the role, as opposed to an ossified way of doing things.
