I briefly spoke with local college protesters, back when they were still allowed to have pro-palestinian demonstrations. Obviously, the thing was being managed by jewish students. I asked what they wanted, and the spokesperson said their demands included
1) canceling a commencement speaker who had made vaguely pro-zionist comments 10 years prior
2) and audit of the schools investments, to identify companies that might be profiting from the conflict. And
3) establishing a scholarship fund for Palestinian refugee students and faculty.
Now, the first two points are Obviously pretty toothless. But on the third demand, I pointed out that every Palestinian they brought to the US would never be allowed back. They would effectively become a net casualty in the conflict. The jewess in charge just nodded in an understanding, "i guess so", kind of way.
