I'll be cooking up some nice chicken wings here at home, two pounds worth, and drizzling a generous amount of this lovely sauce on them. I'm so lucky to be living off mom and dad and will be inheriting the house when they die soon. Never thought life would work out so great. Seriously guys, thanks for taking one for the team. No one ever said life was fair. Life is absurd, but I'm glad to be on the right side of the absurdity.

Okay, listen, anyone was does their job well and benefits society, I consider that to be admirable. But it's terribly unfair that people have to work for a living when others don't have to. Honestly, I think being a NEET is probably miserable, I have been at home for about half a year (still paid, bankruptcies etc.), and life just becomes pointless if you have nothing to do or nobody to care for.
Sure I worked on some self improvement and played Vidya, but doing that for a decade sounds miserable, I'd rather work to be able to retire and go volunteer somewhere.

It depends on how you are cooking them. If say you're doing them in an air fryer or convection oven. (I don't normally brine them) you'd probably do like you say, brine them for like 6-10 hours maybe more. But then you have to get them as dry as possible. You'd pat them completely dry (remember the brine isn't meant to impart flavour its meant to break down the muscle fibers of the meat and allow moisture to be absorbed into the actual meat itself), you need the outside of the chicken wing to be completely dry while all the moisture stays inside the chicken. You'd want to sat them on a wire rack and have the dry in the fridge for like a whole day.

If you are deep frying or even shallow frying with batter. You could simply brine them like you say and then the next day batter and fry. But if you're going the oven route you really need the outside flesh of the chicken to be dry or they'll turn out like crap
