industrial districts are weird like that too. in the aggregate, I think it is pretty damn close. besides, good luck pulling up that one from stanford about 10 years ago- they got pulled due to racism allegations since it was some sort of joint project between the census and them. they had it down to the dot for each house.

what I am getting at is they fill in the blanks a bit based either on the dataset from 2010 on that same site, or just go with whatever junk was pumped in from the census. either way, check out the advanced tab and color the map by income.

that one is the easiest and best, I think.
