actually, i think it would be alot easier to simply start deleting anything that gives niggers any sort of standing in society. legislational 'removal' leaves lots of loopholes remaining, and so it is inefficient.
Better to not miss, by not starting to actually legislate anything, for or against. Simply start deleting and removing that which gives them any legitimacy in white society; acknowledgement, and documentation.
it starts with quietly removing civil rights amendments, deleting the funding of black-pack organizations, and then perhaps finally, finishing up with the deletion and confiscation / non-recognition of things like birth certificates, social security cards, drivers licenses, bank and debit-credit cards, rental and mortgage contracts, and other contracts and documents which give them sway and carriage in white society.
and after they are no longer part of the society, they can then be physically dealt with, in whatever manner is chosen or needed.
