The states are banning it yes but for the most part they cant stop packages from being shipped in from out of state. There is a ton of THCa flower websites they are still shipping it in to MN without second guessing.
Now my issues with THCa flower is its being produced by someone who doesnt need to do testing. They can also use products that would not be healthy to consume. The best bet today especially if you live in MN is to buy a tent + light and start growing your own. The power cost over winter is almost 0 becaue the lights will add heat to your home. You can grow some really good organic flower yourself that will blow anything at the dispensary out of the water. First harvest will pay for all of your equipment. Second harvest will make you wonder why you ever bought weed in the first place and by the third or fouth harvest you will never want to smoke anyones weed but your own again.
