they wanted to replace christianity in europe with an ideology that was the anti-thesis of the abrahamic faiths. if they could convert enough europeans to their new ideology then they would have a cultural stronghold that lasts the test of time and not just a military/economic stronghold in europe. after seeing how easily central and western europe fell to them the nazis were VERY confident that they could conquer europe within a few years (they actually nearly did).
also, christian doctrine does not preach global conquest through force of arms which means it was ill-suited to the ambitions of conquest held by the nazis.
