Not sure about this story in particular, but our government doesn't just take away babies if the parents are below 90 IQ or something. There was probably a good reason. The polarniggers in greenland are all alcoholics and molests their own children regularly.

I'm going to assume that this test, whatever it may be isn't just gonna given to everyone and be "if you fail, we take your kids." Taking it with a grain of salt I imagine this test would be for individuals that probably already have really bad records or series issues in the past and EVEN THEN, I imagine the first thing done if they failed the test is to make them take a parenting class or some shit. Only the worst of the worst would have their kids taken away from them.

Granted that's just going off by the title alone because OP is a lying nigger.
