In public hospitals yes, we have both public and private hospitals, if you can afford it you can have fast high quality health care, if you don't you go to the public system where you may have to wait depending on where you are. The difference is that our private hospitals don't charge the price of a house for basic care so you can even raw dog it without insurance.
