I'd argue no, that it is reasonable to assume someone who has that kind of training knows better. Maybe it's fair to say the practice of wrestlers exchanging receipts is dangerous and that the venue is liable for letting that practice happen, but that's secondary to what Raja did. If he hit the guy once really hard and killed him by accident, sure, but he tried to kill the guy which is completely outside the context of receipts in a staged wrestling match.
