I understand the tactics cops use, (intimidating, lying, pretending not to know basic facts, understand simple logic, and false accusations), are legal and part of their job, but that doesn't change the fact that the way they act during so much as a fucking traffic stop doesn't piss every rational human being off, (exactly the way it's designed to). Including average citizens legally going about their business who don't have time to play their stupid fucking word games, suffer their horseshit, or be treated like a criminal when they're just on their way to their shitty day job.
So colour me surprise when someone eventually gets sick of their shit and shoots them in the fucking face. The irony is it makes them act even more like cocksuckers which is why these pathetic pussies wind up treating everyone like a criminal by default and tells them to keep their hands on the wheel, etc. That's the way soldiers treat people in a fucking warzone.
If they just manned the fuck up and assumed the average citizen, (that lest we forget they are employed to serve and protect), wasn't some potential cop-killer, and dealt with them like human beings with their own fucking problems in as minimal a way as possible, it'd be a self-fulfilling policy and they'd get shot in the face less.
They are so gutless and busy trying to guarantee it will never happen for the sake of their own safety, they wind up putting honest people at risk, and making the problem worse. By the time some criminal actually kills someone he's dealt with their lies and bullshit so often over jaywalking he knows to shut his mouth and get a lawyer. That's the only time they should or would need to actually deploy their heavier tactics.
But because they do it to everybody, the average citizen who has dealt with them sees them - not inaccurately - as some kind of compulsive liar on some kind of power trip trying to start shit where no real problem existed before.
