You can't. If you want to change the outcome of WWII, you need to go back at least far enough to prevent the Spanish-American War.

Because no matter how you look at it, you can't squeeze much more out of Nazi Germany. Any changes you make for the Germans are just small optimizations. If you want to change the war, you need to improve the performance of Germany's allies and the only one of note is Imperial Japan.

Imperial Japan was bogged down fighting the Chinese and were too scared to attack to Soviets from the other direction. They were doing decently though and would have taken China eventually only for one big problem, there is a giant chuck of US territory cutting through the center of their empire in the Philippines, and the Americans embargoed Japan's oil, which brutally hampered their war efforts in China. The Philippines was such a strategic weakness for Japan that taking it is the reason they attacked Pearl Harbor to begin with, to fuck up a chunk of the Pacific Fleet while they swept in and took the Philippines. This means more airbases and faster, easier shipping across the Japanese Empire. Problem is that brought the US into the war.

But if we prevent the Spanish-American war, then America doesn't have the Philippines. More importantly, do you know who does? Francisco Franco. Spain, an ally of Nazi Germany too weak to do anything but be a sloppier Italy even had it joined, would control the Philippines, as well as Guam and Puerto Rico. This would have led to a stronger Spain that...still would have been like having a second Italy in the war BUT more allies is more allies. More importantly, if Spain controlled the Philippines, then no oil embargo. Hell, once the war gets going, Spain can just flat out let the Japs dock, facilitating an easier war in East Asia. More importantly, it rids the US of its excuse to join the war. They could also storm Gibraltar and work with Italy to cut the Allies out of the Mediterranean.

I think that we are underestimating just how heavily tapped the combined resources of the allies were too near the end of the war. Pretty much everyone but America was nearly exhausted, and if the Germans had defeated the Americans and bongs at Normandy it might have been years before the US had another force of similar size ready to invade. I don't think that just being aware the Enigma was cracked would be enough, but I think with a few other things, like if you could also convince him to abandon the V2 project, which was extremely costly for no real military benefit, then Germany could have been in a much better position to husband its resources and potentially win the war. There is no single thing you could do to change the outcome of the war, but I think if you fixed all their major problems they might have had a shot.
