Rampage Jackson's Japanese kids never hurt anybody, and they have as much of his DNA as Raja does. But he raised Raja differently, he turned him into a fighter. They have the same dad, but they weren't given the same opportunities. Raja could have been a doctor for all we know but he never had the chance.

No they dont. You are completely clueless as to how gametes form in sexual reproduction.

Everyone has two sets of genes, one from your mother, the other from your father. The genes you give your children are some random combination of both,

So any two children from the same father will always be genetically different from each other. Unless they were identical twins, Then you would have a case to make, which you dont.
