It's a good and easy to read book, socialists always mistakenly think that Orwell is writing favourably about them or claim that he was one, this is despite being hunted by communists and having to flee the Spanish Civil war because communists ended up attacking their own side for not being sufficiently communist. Anyway, with that out of the way, it's a good parody of a revolution with animals as an allegory. There's much better books out there with bigger ideas in them, but this book is far better than any of the shit they get you to read in school.
