Isn't there a door on another side that was boarded up? It's on the left side in that picture.

If there aren't any doors at all, then it could be accessed from underground. I do remember hearing about at least one tunnel on the island. If this is the case, I'm assuming it was there to hide radar / radio equipment. Maybe an automated monitoring system to alert Epstein and his staff of any incoming boats or planes. Or maybe it was for some nefarious Mossad shit.
