The Khazar state is a historical fact.
The Jews fleeing the destruction of Jerusalem converted steppe tribes in modern Ukraine, and these new converted Kazarian jews became the primary stock for the Eastern European Jews who then slowly migrated north and west into Poland and Germany.

This is just history. This is why modern European Ashkenazi Jews have zero DNA in common with the Sephardic Jews that remained in Palestine.

We know that most Ashkenazi Jews in Europe are descended broadly from Southern Europeans and Mediterraneans, which everyone already knew, and then variously acquired more genetic history from the various places they moved to during the Middle Ages.

Why the fuck would they do that instead of what they actually did, moved to Egypt, Anatolia, and Italy in the West, or went East to Mesopotamia?

Khazaria converting to judaism is a well documented historic fact, they became benefactors of jews in Byzantium for instance. Ashkenazi jews magically appearing in Ukraine and the Caucasus in the 12th century makes no fucking sense unless it's the Khazars. They intermixed with Mediterranean jews but they have a different language and rites to this day (also they're fucking WHITE instead of semite BROWN)
