He predicts the woke era following Occupy Wall Street in this book. It was published in 1995.
Also a lot of good criticisms about how retarded normies are. While I don't like how he's trying to control democracy nowadays, I do understand why he's doing it. The average person is fucking dumb. The tyranny of the majority is even worse when you have a retarded population.

Or actually I would extent that statement from "In a raj army that was 95% native, racism was not a desirable atttibute in British officers" to the obvious direction it led Western managerial thought: "In a raj army that was 95% native, white skin was not a desirable attribute in British officers"; or more modern, "In an economic system that is 95% nonwhite, white skin is not a desirable attribute in multinational CEOs."
