She was the single most unappealing candidate of all time. They wanted her to be the female Obama but what they didn’t realize is Obama was a man, was well-spoken, was a Senator, was a respected member of his community, a lawyer, an alumnus of a prestigious law school, and so on. Voters, particularly young ones, were fired up about Israel/Palestine, more and more of them were turning against Israel. So what did Harris do? She decided to campaign on a pro-Israel ticket alongside a bunch of blood-dripping Neocons, causing Biden's 2020 voters and first-time voters to stay at home. Hotels and Farms are getting exemptions on losing their illegals.
Non-citizens have always counted towards the Electoral college, that was something the industrial states said would be bad for the long term, but the more agricultural states insisted that it's not fair if they can't count non-citizens in the country.

So places without a lot of farms or big hotels are losing illegals faster than places that do, and as a result the population is shifting more towards warmer states again.
This is also a part of why H1-Bs are nefarious, importing a fuckton of jeets to an area increases the population for House/EC votes.
There is a conspiratorial part of me that suspects this is why Haitians were being sent to Ohio of all places.

American presidential elections work in cycles. Sometimes it strongly favors Democrats and other times Republicans. If you're an average voter in 2008, there is no way you can even vote for the GOP candidate, the country needs a change of course. The opposite happened in 2016. It's basically like seasons.
Kamala was a bad candidate, even within her own party. She dropped out before the primaries. The Dem elites thought she was this potentially great candidate. Black woman (Jamaican-Indian) but not too dark, tough prosecutor from CA, looks good for her age and does anything you want from her (Millionaires/billionaires, Big Tech, Big Business and the military industrial complex, the deep-state).
Nobody even voted for her in the 2024 primaries either but she was put forward as nominee because they had no other viable candidates and couldn't access the finances of the Biden campaign otherwise.
Her campaign spent millions on celebrity-endorsements. In the end Trump even won the popular vote.

The thing is also that 2020 was completely rigged. They changed the voting rules, censored large parts of the internet, Big Tech rigged their algorithms, buried the Hunter Biden corruption and Biden health stories, made COVID into a big deal and more.
