Another method that the US government uses to cancel H1B? Put as many cases as possible under 221G (administrative processing).

For many employers, if they get stuck in 221G for more than a month, they fire the employee and remove the sponsorship.

If a H1 jeet at your company recently got title change to "senior manager" or some stupid shit, report them to USCIS. Chances are a mid level jeet is trying to change fellow jeet's job title so overall the jeet gang would have more power to fire whites and hire more jeets. But, they don't want to involve HR and pay thousands to get H1B job title changed with USCIS which requires a new visa petition. This is visa fraud, so report their brown asses.

Moreover, these companies often use consulting firms and recruiting firms to launder their PERM postings.

This is what Bank of America did with Experis US LLC. They used Experis US LLC, Milwaukee office, to launder PERM jobs that were remote. Bank of America has no branches in the state of Wisconsin.

They posted 44 PERM jobs in the Milwaukee Sentinel on Sunday.

Please apply if you qualify for any of these 44 PERM jobs, regardless of where you are in the US.

What I see American companies doing is to say that because you live more than 30 miles from the place of business, you aren't available for the job and don't brake the PERM.
