Aussie Gumtrees have burnt down large swathes of california and israel, doesn't get much more based than that.

Pine tree is a quintessential White mans tree though, grows quick, grows straight, grows just about anywhere, great timber tree for construction. You can trace the route of early aussie settlers by pine trees.

I could build a home beneath a pine tree and be happy there forever. Some kind of rustic, but cozy, winterproof cabin with 3 large bedrooms, a fireproofed kitchen, a living room, a dining room.

As long as I had a reliable water supply, decent bathroom, and electricity, it would be comfy.

It is an important national symbol here in the USA. Many pine trees where I live in the rural Southeast. I am also a trained woodworker, we used poplar, hardwood, for cabinetry and softwood for framing, not what you would expect.

Here is my Misbaha, prayer beads that I use for Dhikr, meditative Islamic prayer. It is made from Indonesian palm wood. It always reminds me that Islam can be propagated peacefully in a big way.

Indonesia is the most populous Muslim country in the world and received Islam by peaceful missionaries and trade. Woodworking itself is very important in Islam, wood is more valuable than silver and gold for decoration.

That is because early Muslims lived in a desert and had to buy and import wood from far off lands like Lebanon with silver and gold. It was a rare material used for jewelry and architectural decoration.

Osage orange is best tree. Can be planted in a row to make a natural thorny fence to keep niggers out. When mature is the hardest natural wood known to man, useful for long lasting fires, extremely durable lumber, etc. it is the best native wood for bow making, which is excellent for shooting any niggers that gets past the thorn fence. It is also a pretty yellow/orange color. Also, fuck niggers.

Literally no. You can make something called β€œpine pop” which is the process of sticking a bunch of young pine needles into a jug with a release top, fill it with water and some sugar, let it sit for 2 weeks or so and then you have a delicious, citrusy carbonated beverage. Hobos in the 1920s used to do this in the Americas.

Look it up, people!

Interesting I didn't know that, fren. This probably isn't the best example of cedar's worthiness, due to arid climate, but there is a pyramid in Egypt that still has 1,000+ year old beams of cedar holding the place up. Historians believe they chose this type of wood specifically because of those unique properties.
