I don't understand this /pol/ obsession with linking transsexualism and anime. I've been an anime fan for 20 years. Transsexualism is NOT a recurring theme in anime by any stretch of the imagination. In the rare instances when there are transgender characters they are gaudy crossdressers with facial played for laughs just like in pre-woke American comedy. I cannot think of a single anime with a trans protagonist, though I'm sure you could probably find one if you looked hard enough. As far as I know, this opinion comes solely from the fact that it has become trendy for trans people to use anime-style avatars on social media. Beyond that there is absolutely no relationship between anime and transsexualism. The whole concept strikes me as being similar to 90s soccer mom "pokemon = satanism" hysteria but even more retarded.
