Nationalize Boeing
They are basically already a government entity with how heavily subsidized they are. Why is a company that receives tens of billions of dollars a year in gubament $ allowed to ruin it's operations with shareholder value shenanigans, JEET code monkeys that crash planes, and stock buyback schemes? In China, the board of directors who oversaw the decline of the premier aerospace company would be HANGED.

Why is a company whose fiduciary responsibility is to maximize shareholder value taking so much money from the US government? Why do taxpayers not get a say in how these companies are run?
The incentive for shareholders is rent seeking and looting the taxpayer.

Obummer bailing out eg. AIG made all of these companies realize they could do whatever the fuck they wanted, gamble on Jeet coders, downsizing, firing everyone with institution knowledge, outsourcing, etc to make a quick buck (short termism) and if it failed it didn't matter, the government would bail them out and that they could loot taxpayers.
