It's a federal law (and states have similar laws) that you can't buy a firearm if you are "adjudicated as a mental defective", I don't exactly know how a "court, board, commission, or other lawful authority" could make gender dysphoria a mental illness, but the law doesn't really state what the mental illnesses covered are. It's seemingly up to the "court, board, commission, or other lawful authority".

Yes, they are insane and should be treated as such, but they aren’t, for multiple reasons. Nurturing their mental illness is a profitable business, far more profitable than trying to correct it. They are also one of many prongs in the attack against traditional values and families. They are also a tool to shift the right to raise children from parents towards the state. Then of course they are also a small part of depopulation agendas.
