BREAKING EVIDENCE AGING POPULATION DOESN'T HARM ECONOMY
New research by Cornell University found that there was no evidence that aging or declining populations harm social and economic performance.
>On average they perform better overall, in wealth, productivity, and life expectancy.

It's even worse than we thought, there isn't any economic benefit for the nation, only for the rich themselves.

Even if a declining population did lower the quality of life and economic performance of the country, do governments honestly think that endless expansion of people with limited resources, land, and access to vital services—requiring specialized, trained workers and involving mass migration from third-world countries—would solve it?

They are kicking this problem to the next generation, which would then have to solve the bigger issue of an aging population that is about to retire, by importing more people to take care of the older generations who are only here to take care of the previous ones. This is an endless cycle, and this rapid, limitless growth is just unsustainable.

Does the government honestly believe that migrating 30-40 million Indians to Canada or Australia—populations that would make them the majority of the country and replace the natives—would still allow them to retain Western values, culture, society, and civic sense?

Especially in an age where AI and automation will replace many tasks and jobs that employ millions, such as transportation and most office jobs. I would not be surprised if, in the next two or three decades, many office jobs just completely disappear. Many of them are repetitive, static, and don’t require a lot of real-life, real-time problem solving.

Anyone with a fucking brain could know that

What happens when a person gets old? They sell up all their stuff and pay young people for care, the money used to go BACK into the economy
