I'm living something similar but with less exercise and luckily a 10 minute commute.
Not gonna lie, although it is an easy way of life, you can just tell that humans were not meant to work 8 hours a day at an office/computer.
I kinda wish I had become a cop or something like that where you are out and about a lot of the time and have stories about work to tell, even though it would pay less money and would have to deal with subhumans from time to time.
I pretty much have no memories of note for 99% of the time I spend at the office (and most of the memories are not positive) and it does feel quite soulcrushing to think that I will go at absolute minimum 2/3 of my life doing basically nothing that my brain sees as being worth living for (which ends up being way more than that 2/3 because of the time you spend unwinding, doing chores, etc).
Also, I hate the feeling of waking up and basically knowing what the entire day will look like.
