Black and Hispanic is residual from high-casualty gangster events, the filter they use (bottom end = 4) catches too many of those.
But if they raise the bar any higher it would reveal mass shootings are extremely rare which the goyim cannot be allowed to notice, so we have to deal with this frankenstein dataset.
