The only place which would be remotely food-secure is the countryside and farmland, doubly so if you are in close proximity to cattle herds and the like. In the city? not a chance.
The power grid would likely be destroyed by infrastructure attacks, supermarkets looted for everything inside, electricity non-functional, no internet, and so on
