Canadians, even in major cities like Toronto, are calling for castle doctrine as the police continue their bullshit antics of charging the victims of home invasions for defending themselves.

It's just talk, if politicians can do one thing it's talk. They will say based things sometimes but that's only because they're advisors recommend it as a sort of pressure relief valve i.e. kier starmer, jd in Europe. To gain support but have no intention on acting

There's nothing he can do. Supreme Court has already ruled both that issues (ie gun control and home defense) are Charter issues, thus no politician has the power to overrule the current state of the law unless the federal government amends the Charter.

Their argument is that the Charter guaranteeing the right to life means that hurting someone in self defense, or owning a deadly weapon for self-defense purposes, is a violation of their human rights. But being subject to threat of injury, death or grievous bodily harm by an assailant while being forbidden under threat of incarceration from defending yourself obviously doesn't violate YOUR rights and you and I both know why.

You have zero need to make your own chances of survival worse for the benefit of criminals violating your rights and the police sure as shit shouldn't be victimizing you a second time.

" Using Reasonable Force" is the same as the UK.

But we (England and Wales) actually have an advantage over the USA laws here, even in the so-called Red States you need to prove you were under threat . . ..but In England, you only need 'Reasonably held belief' . . .it may seem a small different but it's in the home owners favour when it comes to court.

Infact now only do we NOT have a duty to retreat (like most USA states) we can also throw the first blow again provided to had a reasonably held belief of threat.

The process is the punishment.
They'll force you to spend hundreds of thousands on lawyers intentionally dragging everything out while aiming for maximum punishment so they can force you into a plea deal. If you do fight to win, they drop the charges JUST before the court renders a verdict that can be used as case law in the future. That's the kind of nasty shit the crown prosecutors pull.
If you think you hate government enough, you don't.

Reasonable under the criminal code is determined by what a “reasonable person would believe in the moment”. It is reasonable to believe your life is in danger when a person breaks into you home at night, therefore the commensurate use of force is deadly force.

The best way to handle situations like this in leafland is to magdump the future engineer to be certain he is very dead. You aren’t a trained professional afterall, you’re just a scared citizen fearing for your life. Never warning shots, never attempts to escalate, all those things would give prosecution holes to worm in an unjustified use of deadly force. By the way even pointing a gun at someone would qualify as use of deadly force.
Also remember, the Toronto PD told you point blank that “these people have guns, and they are loaded”.

it's because they want you to give the jews money to waste money on keeping the (((private security))) sector alive. The biggest redpill for me is that in Quebec, there is literally no reason to have a security license because we don't have an "Act" that gives unlimited power. There's pretty much nothing you can do even on your own property. Anyone who sells you any extra protection is just to larp some sort of show of force to intimidate aka "deter" crime.
Even if you had high tech security and 10 guards, someone can just call the city or the cops on you for raising your own chickens in your own backyard.
