Feminism would mean having children and raising them well, eugenics would stamp out mental illnesses and serious birth defects, there'd be no jews in positions of authority, communism would have been stamped out and therefore all the support they gave to subversive movements like feminism and civil rights would never have happened, hippies probably wouldn't exist either as there'd be no cold war and no proxy wars against commie shitholes
basically even the US would be in a much healthier state today if the British and Germans had agreed to white peace prior to the invasion of the USSR or the Germans had somehow won in Russia and made peace with Britain later
