>that literally just means pray for the souls too lost to find God's grace. you're PRAYING for them to find God. that doesn't mean he can come in and fuck your kids in the ass, RETARD.
Why does it mean that? The plain meaning of

is that you're supposed to love your enemy. And there's these verses;
>38You have heard that it was said, "An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth." 39But I say to you, Do not resist the one who is evil. But if anyone slaps you on the right cheek, turn to him the other also. 40And if anyone would sue you and take your tunic, let him have your cloak as well. 41And if anyone forces you to go one mile, go with him two miles. 42Give to the one who begs from you, and do not refuse the one who would borrow from you.
Which part of "Do not resist the one who is evil" is meant to suggest to me that I'm supposed to stop someone from coming in and fucking my kids in the ass? Fucking kids in the ass is pretty evil, so obviously he's the one I'm not supposed to resist. Is there some way to resist that outcome while not resisting evil? And if Jesus did mean me to resist it, why didn't he say so?
The problem with Christians is that they don't seem aware of just how crazy the book they worship actually is. You will swear up and down that the text doesn't say what it says because what it does say is crazy and even you know it's wrong, but you can never admit it without throwing the religion away. It's ironic, Christians often copy/paste verse here as though they were magic spells to ward off evil, but it's Christians themselves who respond like scalded demons when the Sermon on the Mount is posted, hissing and spitting at the mere sight of it.
