And you can fact check this with a graph from any nation that has this problem, Japan is a good start.
The lefties will argue that it's economic condition but we have more GDP than ever before, the thing they worship and yet things have gotten worse in respect to the birth rate.
Keep in mind the people with the highest birth rate in America are poor but highly religious.
Women are also becoming more mentally ill than ever before and the primary reason is "gender ambiguity" it's in relation to gender roles.

Feminism has impacted the birth rate and has pushed child rearing to later stages of life at the consequence of putting their most fertile years behind them in the pursuit of supposed fun.
To prove this simply, if you can have the procreative function and all of the fun that comes with it without the side effect of children a lot of people will opt to do that because of hedonism, society is now devolving into materialist nihilism because there is no higher pursuit for mankind.

People are looking for a sense of self rather than an extension of family.

I wouldn’t really call it weaponized empathy as what they are doing is not empathy. It’s more just suicidal kindness. Empathy requires a person to examine what they feel/do in another’s position. You still are you, you keep your morals, principles and what not. So if someone tells me to be empathic to someone in that situation I would still say they’re an asshole since I’m not the kind of fuck knuckle that would try to rape a child.
