Black people make up a large % of the more poorly economic areas in the US, a demographic that is most likely to be irresponsible when it comes to sex/lead to pregnancy and thus due to being less financially likely to be a parent/with men being more financially motivated to abscond from being a dad, then logically it would be safe to assume that most will turn to abortion as a way to rid one's self of that responsibility in such a situation. However since it's mostly one race, rather than focus on and fix the root of the issue (irresponsible sex/pregnancy while financially unable) a lot will assume it's a targeted genocide.

The real cause of the issue isn't aborting or not, it's about people being irresponsible with sex or choosing to have children while not being able to financially support them.

In my opinion I think there should be license to have kids, and in cases where people have children while being proven that they were not financially viable at the time do so they should be held accountable and penalized.

Men need to have sex and sex helps couples gel, and creating "new life" beyond your means as a result of it is not only irresponsible to the new lives but actually evil. The purpose of creating new life isn't to just bring in new life, it's to set them up for a long and healthy one and if you can't then it's your duty to put yourself in a position to do so until you can.
