Haiti must have been some jewish case study on niggers because they sent the Army Corp of Engineers over there like 3 or 4 times with huge budgets to keep rebuilding infrastructure and attempting to put some form of rule down. Maybe they wanted to see if there was close consistency in how fast it turned to complete shit.
