Nope. The 00s were good because the Cold War ended without nuclear annihilation and revolutionary technology was breaking through controlled by people who grew up in the idealistic 60s and 70s. Japan which was a huge cultural driver was still ethnically Japanese and had a huge amount of western stuff before the dysgenic politicitzation to pull inspiration from.

Even if there is no nuclear war, the west is in a death spiral. Immigration has destroyed society and immigrants will continue to fundamentally change society. Tech is basically about corporations and investors being first in the door rather than ideas about changing the world. Japan is basically going the same way as the rest of the west and the cultural output they drew from has been replaced by idpol propaganda.

Things are just going to get worse. As insane as it sounds, people will look at the 2020s as some high water mark like 2008 by the 2040s.

We're looking at least a 30 year cycle here, so you'll be likely in your 60s or even 70s until we get this in the West.
However if you want to skip all of that waiting, just travel to Latin America as those guys are going to be on the growth side of things when the West goes through a reset.
I know people like to rag on that region and for a good reason as they have been absolute shitpits for ages, but their economies are going to go through a huge boom period and it's already been slowly happening under the surface for a while now.
80's-2000's is going to repeat outside the West and your best bet for experiencing it around fairly white people is South-America.
