No. Brexit was meant to be the precursor to a new framework. Immigration reduced to a few thousand and the entire economy remodeled to be low tax and command led so that the EU would struggle to compete. Instead they imported more people than ever from India and Pakistan to cover EU migration and sold us out more than ever.

The real cost of a nurse is £45k a year but they only pay the immigrant nurse £26k and top it up with benefits to socialise the actual cost and justify immigration. Can't have a revolution if it's the same SCUM in charge that don't even believe in Brexit.

We could have had a paradise, but we let politicians run things. Take down the flags and put up the 'leaders' instead.

Ask us when it has happened. As of 2025 we are still subservient to EU Courts and have utterly failed to take advantage of tax and trading opportunities. We have politicians and civil servants who point blank refuse to embrace what independence we have for fear our legislative system might diverge too far from the EU and make rejoining impractical or impossible. It warms my heart to see both France and Germany on the brink of economic collapse, in some small part a consequence of stubborn refusal to accept Brexit and attempt to punish the UK. All this is academic the EU will fall apart over the next decade. Trump will continue to press his boot firmly on their necks, failure of the EU is baked in. Yes we have coon and Paki problem but now we know exactly who is responsible. No country in the EU can point directly to national or EU policies causing their problems hence they hold no one to direct account. I say EU countries but that’s not accurate when you cede control of your currency, borders and judiciary to foreigners you no longer have a country, gone in a puff of smoke.
