Indulge me in a thought experiment:
The Muslims manage to convert the entire world.
For the sake of this thought experiment, separate the religion from race.
So, everybody is Muslim, but there are white Muslims, brown Muslims, black Muslims, etc.
Everything is pretty much the same as it is right now, in terms of racial demographics, it's just that everybody is Muslim.
So, in the European countries and other Western nations, the majority of politicians are still white, they're just Muslim.
So, what then? Would the world go to Hell in a Handbasket or would things actually get better? Or would things pretty much be the same?

Since race dictates behavior, the different races still behave differently, even if they nominally have adopted this or that foreign religion.

Depends. Is everyone Muslim by name only, or are they genuinely following the religion? In the end, it’s not a numbers game. Early Muslims were always outnumbered but were successful in every way. Today, there are 2 billion Muslims and they are all living under their own rules, disunited.

Since there are Americans in this thread, allow me to make my obvious point very clear:
Christianity fragmented along ethnic lines almost perfectly.
Ethiopians are Ethiopian christians.
Egyptians are Copts.
Celtics are Caths.
Slavs are Orthos.
Nordics are Prots.
Mexicans are Caths (but the mestizo version).
etc.

As far as I am aware, Islam has also fragmented along largely ethnic lines (but I'm not an expert on the tribal origins of various browns). Turks and Iranians are muslim in a very different way than Saudis or Moroccans. If Sweden was ethnically Swedish but religiously islamic (or christian, or whatever), Swedes would still largely behave like Swedes.

There are some multi-generational considerations, since islam and christianity degrade the concepts of aristocracy, hierarchy and eugenics, which in turn degrades the genepool, but that isn't really a significant concern unless combined with modern technology.

In order for every bong to become Muslim, the Muslims would first need to gain political and / or military control over the country. If that happened, no white person could be a politician because Sharia law would take over and secular parties would be illegal. Only brown Muslims would be allowed in the government - most likely Pakis as they are the dominant Muslim demographic. The same would hold true for the media, industries, and banking. Long before any of the above could happen, the economy, infrastructure, and society as a whole would completely collapse.
