Why is it that /pol/ leans so much into totalitarian solutions to social and political problems? People here dream of the second coming of Hitler without realizing that the same iron boot they want to gas niggers can throw them into the chambers like the impassive machine it is.
Giving more power to the government to do X or Y never leads to a good result, yet people dream of a dictator coming to save them from society's ails, to wipe niggers out, put cage the jew, and give out mandated housing and conservative wives to everyone. Maybe a few problems will be fixed, but that's a total dystopia with zero freedom, positive rights are the epitome of retarded communist thinking.
Why don't more anons believe in individual freedoms and that humans are fundamentally good? I fully trust that people can organize themselves do great things if the government stops intervening in their lives and just acts as a guarantor of negative rights.

classic liberalism is predicated upon rule of law (protection of individual freedoms, negative rights, no big "democratic" busybody power crushing individual rights)
upholding rule of law requires a strong police/army/law enforcement authority (that's like, the one thing everyone worth his salt agrees on, there has to be a state who has the legitimate monopoly on violence)
And strong rule of law means that illegal immigration gets fought head-on
Any "libertarian" who agrees with open borders is full of shit and should pick up a proper book on classical liberalism
On the demographics problem, the only actual reason why it is a "problem" is that pension systems work like ponzi schemes that collapse if there's not enough young people to scam
A libertarian system would make everyone in society entitled to their own savings, there's no ponzi, people don't get free money from someone else.

If you had been around from the start you would know why. Somebody post the copypasta. This places started off as Ron Paul central, core libertarianism, then we debated for 1000 times per day over and over day after day, year after year. Libertarianism cannot work in a multiethnic population.

The problem with Milei is that Argentina is quite literally not ready for him, his party is still a meme party with a minority in congress, politicians are still mostly on board with retarded social programs and uncontrolled fiscal spending.
