The serious response is war fatigue. We've been fighting for hundreds of years and we have our country and we are just tired of fighting. Not to say we won't fight we just have a higher tolerance because when get going its actual violence not just protest. We dont have that middle ground. The asylum hotels went from people complaining to people burning down buildings because they heard it might be used for asylum seekers.
