This is only decent advice for men in their early 20s. Men in their 30s are going to be paired with women close to their age. And the women ranging from 25-30 that are in church are disproportionately "born again whores". If you're a 20 year old guy, you can go to the church and find a girl 18-20 with greater odds of her not being a whore. If you're a 25 year old guy, you can find women 18-25, but the odds of her being a whore increase.
