Spoiler alert, it won't be great. If their crappy ideas now don't work, why would more extreme versions be better? I'm fine with letting people trash their own backyard, but not if I then have to smell it down the street or have vermin coming into my yard from theirs. NYC cannot have a socialist form of government. The constitution empowers the federal government to prevent that from happening and doesn’t limit their authority in this matter.
