The bottom right is absolutely a small town of less than 5,000 people. No shit it's not walkable, half the population is rural. You'd have to walk 10 miles to hit 30 houses for those kids.

This image doesn't make a lot of sense. Halloween in America was always centered in suburban neighborhoods. Kids would walk around the suburbs, going door to door, and it was like this for decades. It never required "walkable communities".

We always did this on the town square growing up because no one had neighbors closer than a few hundred yards and my closest neighbor was a half mile away. My sister does it with her kids because niggers were being bussed into white neighborhoods. Parents put on trunk or treats and require an adult chaperone that can prove they live in the community. Kinda gay, but you get in less trouble than just telling niggers to fuck off.

I grew up in rural as fuck farmville. We just rode our bikes between houses. We'd do like 10+ miles every halloween. If it was raining, we'd just hop in the back of my mom's minivan and hop out as we got close to a house.
