It's clear we need another Potsdam Conference. The three world powers are obviously the United States of America, China, and Russia.
To maintain world peace, the spheres of influence need to be clearly marked and peace maintained within them. Africa and the Middle East are joint responsibility.

That's assuming the Sino-Russian axis doesn't just ice us out as they have. Between the sanctions & tariffs, there's a new global economy forming without the US at its core. Europe is sandwiched between an increasingly ambivalent United States & a hostile Russia. As Brussels centralizes they'll probably play the two off each other a la Ukraine pre-Euromaidan. IMO our sphere is going to end up being the Americas, The West Pacific, Japan, & the Anglosphere; you can include Israel too if it manages to last beyond 2040
