You learned how to move away from your parents and into a quasi governmental state. That's half government half home- your home away from home. If you have abusive garbage parents it has its upsides but ultimately it's a system of government control. Like we have truancy laws we also had vagrancy laws and this is no different from that other system. Private public charter doesn't matter if you have no desire to learn. It's like a huge children zoo.
