you know those filthy scumbags that get people into your country? yeah. them.
They're sort of an open-secret in certain communities/ethnic groups. every knows who to ask or where to go. Its sort of like scoring when you're in a shit-tier part of town - everyone knows someone who knows a dealer.

So. your best bet would be to down to your local ethnic enclave and start asking around for people who can help get you across the border.

I'm really surprised there isn't some kind of civil war in the conscript training area with squads of forcibly conscripted soldiers banding together and taking out entire training facilities. They either die for a war they don't want to fight in a country they don't want to be in, or die trying to stop it in their own country. One sounds a hell of a lot better to me than the other.
