i have the option to buy a property right now. i mean, an additional property. And desu, i'm looking at whats on the horizon for October when the Government opens the flood gates for first home buyers, I'm very tempted to just go and buy now, and ride an easy 10-20% gain over the next 12 months.
But the sensible person in me says this isn't fucking sustainable.

The economy is fairing far worse than they are letting on, of 648,000 new jobs created in the last 12 months only 90,000 were private sector, the rest were Government Jobs or Government funded so the unemployment figure is cooked, the immigration numbers are now skewed as the ABS has recently changed how they count.

If they are manipulating figures as above who's to say how bad things growth is, we could even be in a recession right now
