Japanese is very near to "Babble" that is how babies structure language when they are learning, sort of cave man speak or Yoda speak. its great for most things but gets muddy sometimes and isn't great for academic applications. its great for things like "the ground is muddy" and other practical things. I am guessing that what ever is being shown here is a artifact of grammar talking about a red head cat eating a fish, context and commas fix this all right up.
example why would you ever say "head eat" sure it might be in the plain text but so is the intended meaning so you would not assume some BS for anything other than a joke.
