Ok I’m impartial I won’t favour Europe because they are liberal and not America as they are our neighbours.

Who lives better? Who is richer? A lot of my school friends have moved to New York , Cali, Texas and others went to uk, Poland, Germany , Portugal and Spain .
Both claim one is better than the other.

Who is the best? I like to think Canada is the best as we got both of worlds.
America pays more like medical or tech . But Europe your health care is free.
One you drive the other you commute
Food is cheaper in USA but Europe is more healthy.

Like you can get cheap place to live in Ohio or Poland . And it can get expensive like New York or London .
So who wins?

I've been to the major hospital in Bracelona, and if it were in the USA it would be considered dilapidated. It was literally a building from like 1700 that looked like it hadn't been updated since world war 2. And it was the main hospital in the largest city of Spain. But it was the floor tiles were so old and degraded you thought it was an abandoned building.

Americans are richer but standard of life and happiness is much higher in europe.

I have lived in across the US and Intentionally and Canada is unironically the worst of both worlds, you have all the drawbacks being a car required culture, modestly spread out, moderate-low homicide rate with limited trust, and a justification for unlimited immigration like us but you have none of the financial benefits, freedoms, and cost of living benefits of the USA. Your house market is fucking nuts, for 300k I can buy a nice 3-4bd house in a decent suburban of a MCOL city like Milwaukee, WI that has plenty of economic opportunities, in a MCOL city in Canada like Edmonton, that price is nearly doubled for an equivalent property. I would immigrate to the UK, as much of a shit show as it is, before I would immigrate to Canada.

IMO their hospitals function pretty decently in western Europe (Germany) but I don't think they are as good as US hospitals unironically in wealthy areas at least, rural hospitals probably suck and hospitals in the ghetto probably suck (unless you're looking for gunshot or stab wound treatment). What kills our country is we are full of fat people who refuse to eat healthy or exercise at all, Europe defacto requires people to walk to some extent and has strong regulations about food. They have a culture that prioritizes health more than here too, you can live and eat healthy in the US too, it's the country of choice(and temptations). Also your average American University, take a school like University of Kentucky or University of Iowa, it literally blows every single university in Europe away except for maybe England. Our university system is incredible compared to what they have in Europe, the free college education means they have to ration spots so the acceptance rates are universally lower.

I've come to the conclusion that much of the world judges America by the LEAST American cities like your New Yorks, Los Angelas, and Chicagos. Places you CANNOT do American activities like shooting guns, riding snowmbiles, and telling the government to fuck itself.
