On avg a black african women is unattractive compare to brown, white or asian counterparts. why people don't find them attractive/seductive enough. It not like white think this way, even indian, muslim, chinese and even black men seem to prefer asian or brown than black african .If i seem racist I am sorry but i wanna answer of this. Might be biased here all things considereing where am from.
But when I watch american media i feel like they really pick the uglies.
I see plenty of really beautiful(even by western standards) women in my country even in rural villages.

They’re attractive to their own kind. Similar to a peacock. You probably aren’t getting horny over one, but you just know those female peacocks are getting wet looking at that plumage. Similarly black men get attracted at large butts, huge lips, etc that other races do not find as attractive.

As to why?
Africa was the continent of disease for millennia, it never had the opportunity to select for fairer and more tasteful features since fairer people simply never ventured / survived there before the advent of modern medicine.
