Someone around my neighborhood is mutilating people's pets and leaving them in the middle of parking lots.

Beyond this, it rained tonight… and the city (along with reno) has gone over budget so has been firing workers, and now building permits are slow because less staff at the building department and health/enviro office.

Unusually high amount of traffic accidents lately, seems like the Californians never stop coming and since I've been here (1997) the population keeps growing but concentrating in the same areas. They keep popping up endless apartment complexes.

Last year we had a bunch of misc. Haitians dropped off in town and they just meandered around, but now I haven't seen any.

Construction has slowed down a little bit, cuz people got spooked by ICE.

What else… ran into some weird random Australians in a grocery store awhile back on their way to burning man, asking me "what's a good beer?"

They do unfortunately my pops was a two faced alcoholic, he seems nice in public but once in the house treated mom and I like shit and irresponsible as he kept losing his job due to overslept or being hungover. Mom divorced him one year after I was born and I only saw my dad for 2 days a week. For 18 years, he mentally and psychologically abused me. I could of left but I didn't want to be another non-white kid raised without a dad so once I turned 18 and about seven months later I left him. I gave him so many chances to prove mom wrong about him and instead proved her right almost every single time. Keep in mind this is a minority not majority. Most white dude black woman couples dont divorce as they have alot in common like for an example my mother although lived in north Omaha and later north strip area of Las Vegas my grandmother put her in public schools that just so happen to be white majority so as a result most of my moms friends were white and resulted in speaking proper English and doing white culture stuff. TLDR: No sadly not but they are the minority not majority.
